How to use
Activate. Spray. Swim.
Before and after the pool, tap the bottom of the bottle on the palm of the hand five times. Spray 2-3 times in mouth. Can be used up to three times per day.
After swimming, repeat in 1 hour if needed for symptoms like nausea, fatigue, skin irritation, or irritability.
Can be added to water or juice if needed.
Avoid mint at least 15 min before + after.

distilled water, organic cane alcohol, chlorinum 30c, nat sulph 6x, kali mur 6x
